The hotel's location is great! It's exactly in between the Imperial Palace, the Tokyo station and Akihabara (just 20 min. On foot) and it has three different metro lines and a train station at just 3-5 minutes of walking distance. The room was comfortable despite being small. The best part of the room was that it had a shower (no bath) which is what I wanted! The breakfast is great. You can choose between a traditional Japanese breakfast (where the fish is cooked very well and is so tasty) and the western breakfast, but you need to tell the staff a day before which one is your choice. The staff was very nice and helpful. They speak English and they help you with any questions you might have. I would go back to this hotel again if I am lucky enough to come back to Tokyo.

This hotel is located in the center of Nihonbashi area. The Shin Nihonbashi JR station is 4 min walking distance, and Metro Mitsukoshimae is 8 min walking distance. You can go anywhere in Tokyo and vicinity by using public transportation. I took taxi cab from Haneda Airport to the hotel and it charged me JY8,300- including toll. They have a public bath room in the second floor and it is very comfortable to ease the body before go to bed. You can enjoy any kinds of foods because it is Nihonbashi and Kanda area, relatively reasonble price because it is down town Tokyo. If you come from Narita Airport, take Narita Express from Narita Airport and one station back from Tokyo to Shin Nihonbashi. The train depart from same plat form area, it is the easiest way from Narita.

Newly renovated, modern and clean. We booked the hotel for 5 days bec. of the price and location. They change the towel daily but the room cleaning is every 3 days. I love that the water is already filtered so the hotel did not provide any bottled water which is good for the environment. The location is 2 mins walk from the nearest train station (Shin Nihombashi but no lift/elevator FYI just in case you have big luggages] and 1 station away from Tokyo Station. We have an early flight the next day so we just booked a taxi to Tokyo Station for Narita Express Train. We have not tried the hotel breakfast during our stay.

The hotel opened in 2020 I believe and the facilities still seem almost brand new - everything was well maintained and clean. The Nihombashi/Kanda area had a lot of great restaurants nearby and had x2 stations within 5mins walking from the hotel. In the daytime it was very lively with the office workers out and about, but it was a quiet oasis at night - great for light sleepers! LOVED the 大浴場 (large communal bathing area), very clean and super relaxing after a long travel day.

I expected less given the price I got through booking.com, but was pleasantly surprised. This hotel, one of the oldest in Tokyo has been recently renovated and everything was new, modern, and clean. While breakfast was extra, it was plated (not a buffet) and very good. Lunch and supper is served also and a very good value for lunch (did not eat supper there). Staff was excellent. They have an Ofuro or pubic bath if you wish to partake.
